Intel’s Core i5-12600H features a hybrid architecture with 12 cores and 16 threads, combining Performance and Efficient cores to manage foreground and background processes simultaneously. The processor reaches boost speeds up to 4.5 GHz, utilizes 18 MB of Smart Cache, and operates with a 45 W TDP. This setup provides ample headroom for large spreadsheets, browser-heavy workflows, and light content creation.
Internally, the K1 features two SO-DIMM slots supporting up to 64 GB of DDR4-3200 memory. The storage configuration includes two M.2 2280 slots running at PCIe 3.0 x4, with one slot also offering SATA drive support to allow users to reuse older solid-state drives alongside a faster NVMe primary drive.
Storage speeds are reliable for daily use, with CrystalDiskMark tests hitting approximately 3.4 GB/s read and 2.3 GB/s write on a PCIe 3.0 NVMe setup. The included Netac G93 drive also demonstrates solid behavior during asset streaming scenarios in storage benchmark tests.

Despite its strong processing power, the aging Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics present a limitation for GPU-heavy tasks. Newer integrated graphics solutions like Intel Arc or AMD’s Radeon 780M, 880M, and 890M now significantly surpass the Iris Xe in compute and workstation benchmarks.
Gaming performance is consequently constrained. Less demanding esports titles are playable at lower settings, with Dota 2 reaching around 57 FPS and Counter-Strike 2 hitting about 61 FPS at 720p Medium. Heavier games like Baldur’s Gate 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 struggle, running in the teens at 1080p and remaining rough even at 720p.
The K1 is housed in a compact square chassis constructed from ABS and polycarbonate, featuring a smooth silver finish. A blower fan, dual heat pipes, and rear exhaust vents maintain stable system performance and modest noise levels under load. A mounting bracket is included for placement behind a monitor.
Given its specifications, the ACEMAGIC K1 is positioned for home office setups, students, and small business desktops where processing strength and multi-monitor output outweigh gaming capabilities. It serves effectively as a lightweight development machine or media server where a compact footprint is prioritized.
