Oppo has launched the Find X10, positioning it as the standard model in its latest flagship series, priced at £1,099. Trusted Reviews suggests that the Find X10 is the model most people should purchase.
Despite sitting £400 below the Find X10 Pro Max, the reviewer found the difference minimal, describing the X10 as “the Find X10 Pro in all but name.”
The phone maintains an evolution of the Find X9’s design, featuring flat aluminum edges and glass fronts and backs, contrasted by rounded corners. It is noted for being smaller and more palm-friendly than its Pro Max sibling.
A new option, Glow Coral, is singled out for its understated elegance, appearing neither busy nor boring. The camera island itself has been refreshed, featuring a square hump set inside a larger rectangular island. The previous round LED ring light has given way to a larger full LED flash positioned to the right.
Build quality includes bezels under 1mm across all sides, creating an immersive viewing experience. The device carries IP68 and IP69 water and dust protection ratings. For enhanced durability, the front glass has upgraded from Gorilla Glass 7i to Gorilla Glass Victus 2, improving resistance to scratches and impact.
The 6.6-inch display represents a key upgrade over the standard Find X9, utilizing LTPO technology. This allows the refresh rate to adjust in small increments—instead of jumping between 60Hz and 120Hz—improving efficiency. The panel can reach 144Hz in supported games.
The triple-camera system features a 200MP primary sensor, 50MP ultra-wide, and a 200MP 2.8x telephoto lens. The reviewer noted the consistency across the lenses is a strength, with the ultra-wide matching the coloring and contrast of the others without edge distortion.
Optics also support advanced video recording, including 8K in auto mode, 4K at 120fps, and Open Gate capture for flexible reframing. Master Mode is the preferred setting for photography, delivering lifelike textures with less HDR and AI processing than the standard Photo mode.
Performance is managed by the MediaTek Dimensity 9600M, available with 12GB or 16GB of RAM. In graphics benchmarks, the phone hits around 40fps, and it ran Destiny: Rising for 15 to 20 minutes without noticeable stuttering. However, sustained load remains a weakness; stress tests showed the device cannot maintain peak performance for more than a handful of runs before throttling.
The software runs ColorOS 17 on Android 17. The interface borrows heavily from iOS aesthetics, visible in the liquid-glass-style settings tiles and the Snap Key menu. Customization remains among the best available, allowing changes to icon shape, lock screen depth, and fonts.
Battery life is highly rated. The global model in Asian markets features an 8,000mAh cell, while the European variant has a 7,150mAh cell. Even heavy users running GPS navigation should last a full day. Charging capacity is also strong, reaching 50% in 30 minutes and 1–100% in approximately 70 minutes.
The main caveats presented are the £1,099 price point, the inability to sustain peak gaming performance under continuous stress, and the disparity in battery capacity between EU and global markets. Nonetheless, the Find X10 is recommended for buyers seeking a flagship experience at a lower price than the Pro Max.
