The Glorious Model O Eternal wired mouse has entered the market as a highly affordable option, currently priced at approximately 35 Euros. Despite its budget-friendly price point, the device exhibits no apparent downsides and boasts a construction utilizing good quality materials.
Weighing surprisingly little for its size, the mouse features UPE feet that allow it to glide smoothly across surfaces. It is equipped with a 12,000 DPI sensor customized by Glorious, which provides ample capability for both mainstream gaming and general productivity work.
For connectivity, the Model O Eternal relies on a PVC, non-braided cable. Even without a braided exterior, the cable remains highly flexible, offering a physical experience comparable to that of a premium paracord. The chassis itself is sturdy, showing no signs of creaking when subjected to additional physical pressure.
The design incorporates a honeycomb pattern on the back side and the bottom of the device. However, to ensure optimal comfort without the need for additional grip tapes, the areas where fingers rest, including the left and right click buttons, feature a solid surface. Performance-wise, the mouse tracks perfectly during fast movements in productivity tasks and games such as Path of Exile II, Guild Wars II, Resident Evil 2, and Silent Hill f.
On the software and customization front, the mouse includes side RGB lighting capable of displaying subtle effects through eight available in-app presets. The companion software, Glorious CORE, provides a well-built interface with easy-to-navigate configuration sections. The application detects the mouse immediately without errors or crashes, and any custom modifications are saved directly to the device in about one second after pressing the interface’s yellow button.
